Extended Commercial License

This Extended Commercial License (“License”) outlines the permitted and restricted uses of digital seamless patterns purchased from TP E-COMMERCE. By purchasing and using our digital products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchasing a digital pattern, TP E-COMMERCE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the pattern under the conditions outlined below.

2. Permitted Uses

You CAN use the purchased pattern to:
✅ Create and sell physical products featuring the pattern, such as apparel, home decor, accessories, and packaging.
✅ Use the pattern for print-on-demand (POD) services such as Printify, Printful, or Redbubble.
✅ Apply the pattern to branding materials (excluding logo trademarks).
✅ Modify the pattern for personal or commercial use, as long as the modified version is not resold as a digital file.

3. Restrictions

You CANNOT:
❌ Resell, redistribute, or share the original pattern file in any form (including PNG, JPEG, SVG, AI, or any other format).
❌ Offer the pattern as a digital download (free or paid) on any website, marketplace, or platform.
❌ Claim the pattern as your own original creation.
❌ Use the pattern in a way that directly competes with TP E-COMMERCE (e.g., selling digital design assets).
❌ Create derivative works that are substantially similar and resell them as digital patterns.
❌ Use the pattern for trademarked branding or logos without written permission.

4. Copyright & Ownership

All digital patterns remain the intellectual property of TP E-COMMERCE. Purchasing a pattern grants you a license to use the design under these terms, but you do not own the copyright.

5. License Duration

This license is perpetual and does not require renewal. However, if you violate these terms, your license may be revoked.

6. Enforcement & Legal Action

If any unauthorized use of our digital patterns is discovered, TP E-COMMERCE reserves the right to take legal action to protect its intellectual property.
